Your Umrah from Europe, without the uncertainty
Eligibility checked through the official channels first — then the visa route, flights, accommodation and transfers
Geel Al Hadatha Travel arranges Umrah for Muslims living across Europe, including Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia. Which visa route is open to you depends on your nationality and your residence document, not just on where you fly from — so we check that through the official channels and Nusuk before anything is booked or paid for. Then come the flights, the hotels in Makkah and Madinah, and the transfers between them.

Common questions
I live in Europe but hold another passport. Can I still perform Umrah?
Usually yes, but the route depends on the combination of your nationality and your residence document — and some combinations cannot be applied for directly. This is where trips most often go wrong, sometimes as late as the airport, so we check your specific case through the official channels before anything is booked.
What is the difference between the visa and the Nusuk permit?
They are two separate things and you need both. The visa is what allows you to enter Saudi Arabia; the permit, issued through Nusuk, is what allows you to perform Umrah once you are there. Sites that treat them as one thing are the reason people arrive unprepared.
Does my residence permit need to be permanent?
It depends on your nationality and the current rules, which have changed more than once in recent years. A temporary permit is not automatically a barrier, but it is exactly the kind of detail worth confirming through the official channels before you book flights.
Can you guarantee the visa or entry?
No. Issuing the visa and permitting entry are decisions for the competent Saudi authorities. Our part is preparing the file and the arrangements in line with the rules as they stand.
Does the trip cover both Makkah and Madinah?
That depends on the programme you choose — Makkah alone, or both cities with the transfer between them arranged in advance.
Can you book the Rawdah permit?
Rawdah slots are managed through Nusuk and released by availability. We explain how and when to book, and help you understand the process — but no agency can guarantee you a slot, and you should not trust one that says it can.
Who is allowed to travel for Umrah, and under what conditions?
The conditions are set by the Saudi authorities and have changed in recent years, including the rules on women travelling without a mahram. Rather than repeat a rule that may already be out of date, we check the current position for your specific case through the official channels.
Do you arrange Hajj as well?
No. Hajj runs under an entirely separate system of quotas, visas and approved operators. This page and our current services cover Umrah only.
When should I start arranging it?
The earlier the better, and markedly so for Ramadan. Booking further ahead is what buys you accommodation closer to the Haram and a wider choice of flights.
