Europe, arranged around you

Tailor-made holidays in Europe for families and independent travellers

Geel Al Hadatha Travel plans and books holidays in Europe — one country or several — for families and independent travellers. We take on the visa file, the flights, the hotels, the transfers and the interpreting, and we build the days around your pace rather than a fixed circuit. Tell us roughly when you want to travel and we will come back with a written plan.

What we arrange

  • The visa file

We go through the paperwork with you, arrange the appointment and follow the application until there is a decision.

  • Flights

Routes and timings that suit the itinerary rather than the other way round — booked, and rebooked if plans move.

  • Where you stay

Hotels and apartments that work for families, close to whatever you came for, at the standard you choose.

  • Getting around

Someone meeting you at arrivals, a driver where it helps, and the legs between cities arranged in advance.

  • Interpreting

An interpreter at appointments and formalities where the local language would otherwise slow you down.

  • What you do with the days

Time out built around your interests, balancing cities, countryside and days with nothing scheduled — and no journey taken twice.

Choose how much you want handled

  • Essentials

We design the route and book the fixed points — flights, accommodation and the main transfers. The days themselves stay yours to fill.

  • Fully arranged

Every element booked and checked through to departure day, handed to you as a single trip file.

  • Bespoke

Closer arrangement for families and multi-stop routes: more support on the ground, and an itinerary built with you line by line.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the trip

Where you're thinking of, roughly when, how many of you, and what matters most — the view, the food, the shopping, the quiet.

  2. We design the itinerary

You get a day-by-day plan and an itemised proposal. Change anything you like before you commit to it.

  3. We book and prepare

Once you're happy we make every booking and hand you a single trip file with all of it in one place.

  4. We stay with you while you travel

One number, from the moment you land until you're home, for any question or change.

What shapes the cost of your trip

  • The season you travel in
  • How long you go for
  • The standard of accommodation
  • How many of you are travelling
  • Cabin class
  • How many places you visit, and how far apart they are

Our commitments to you

  • Everything in writing

What the trip covers and what it excludes is written down before you pay anything.

  • One point of contact

The same team knows your file from the first message to after you land back home.

  • Room to change your mind

We rework the plan with you before you travel, and act quickly if something shifts while you're away.

  • Honest about what is possible

If something can't be done we say so at the outset, and suggest the alternative that gets you the same thing.

Common questions

Do you help with the Schengen visa?

We help you assemble the file, arrange the appointment and follow the application through. The decision itself rests with the embassy, and the requirements change from time to time — so we check them against the official source at the point you apply, not against last year's list.

How many days do I need for a trip to Europe?

It depends far more on how many places you want to see than on how long you have. A calmer trip means fewer stops and longer in each. Tell us the number of days and who is travelling, and we'll propose a route that balances the two.

Can I visit more than one country on the same trip?

Yes, and we arrange the legs between them. If we think an extra stop will cost you more in travelling time than it gives you, we'll say so and suggest dropping it.

Do you arrange trips for families with young children?

Yes. The plan is built around the children's ages and the season — accommodation that suits them, short hops between stops, and days out that work for a range of ages rather than only the adults.

How far ahead should I start planning?

The earlier you start, the more choice you have, especially over school holidays. Booking further out means more flights to pick from, better accommodation still available, and a comfortable margin around the visa appointment.

How do I find out what my trip will cost?

Send us where you want to go, roughly when, and how many of you there are. You'll get an itemised proposal setting out the cost line by line, with no obligation to proceed.

Can I change the itinerary after booking?

Before the bookings are confirmed, freely. Afterwards it depends on each supplier's terms — we check them, come back with the options, and tell you what each one involves before anything changes.
