Your doctor decides the treatment. We arrange the journey.
Travel logistics for medical treatment in Europe, built around your appointment
Geel Al Hadatha Travel coordinates the travel side of medical treatment in Europe: the visa file, flights for the patient and anyone travelling with them, somewhere to stay near the hospital, transfers to appointments and interpreting. We are a travel coordinator, not a medical provider — the diagnosis and the treatment plan belong to the treating doctor alone. It starts with your reports, sent through a private channel.

What the treating doctor decides
- The diagnosis, the treatment plan and how long it takes
- Whether you are well enough to travel
- Appointments, tests and follow-up
- The outcome of treatment, and how it is assessed
What Geel Al Hadatha arranges
- Travel, the medical visa file and its paperwork
- A place to stay near the hospital, for the patient and companions
- Airport pickup and transfers to every appointment
- Interpreting, and passing documents on exactly as they are
How a treatment trip is put together
-
Send us your medical reports
Through our private WhatsApp channel — never through a form on this site. Your reports go to the medical facility exactly as they are, and are used for coordination only.
- Certified translation of the reports where it is needed
- The file organised before it goes to the facility
-
The facility issues a treatment plan
The treating doctor reviews the case and sets the plan, the appointments and the medical costs. That is their decision alone, and it reaches you from them.
- We pass questions and answers between you and the facility
- A confirmed appointment, which the trip is then built around
-
We build the trip around your appointment
Once the date is fixed, everything else is arranged to fit it — for the patient and for whoever travels with them.
- The medical visa file and its supporting documents
- Flights for the patient and companions
- Accommodation close to the facility
- Someone meeting you at the airport
-
With you through the stay and home again
One number follows your trip from arrival until after you are back.
- Transfers between where you are staying and each appointment
- An interpreter at appointments where you want one
- Bookings adjusted if the appointment moves
- Return arrangements

The medical decision is your doctor's -
Room to recover, unhurried
What shapes the cost of the arrangements
- The country and city of treatment
- How long the stay lasts
- How many people travel with the patient
- The standard of accommodation and how close it is to the hospital
- Cabin class
- Transfers and interpreting
Our commitments to you
-
Your reports stay private
They arrive through a private channel, go to the medical facility unchanged, and are used for coordination and nothing else.
-
Limits we do not cross
The medical decision is the treating doctor's in full. We do not interpret it, add to it, or relay it in our own words.
-
Arrangements follow your appointments
The plan is built around the facility's dates, and updated with them if they move.
-
Honest about what is possible
If an arrangement cannot be made, we say so at the outset and put a workable alternative in front of you.
Common questions
Are you a medical provider?
No. We are a travel and logistics coordinator — not a hospital, not a clinic, and not a medical adviser. Diagnosis, the treatment plan and all follow-up rest with the treating doctor and the medical institution.
How do I send my medical reports?
Through our private WhatsApp channel, once the conversation has opened — never through a form on this website. Reports are passed to the medical facility exactly as received and used only to coordinate the trip.
Which documents will be needed?
The medical facility decides that, case by case, and we pass on their list as it reaches us. We do not decide what medical documents are required.
Do you help with the medical visa?
We coordinate the documents and the bookings that go with the application. The decision itself stays with the consular authority. Visa requirements change, so they are checked against their official source each time an application is made.
Can you arrange an interpreter and someone to accompany us?
Yes. Once the city, the language and the appointment dates are known, we arrange interpreting at appointments and the transfers around them, for the patient and for whoever is travelling with them.
Can you guarantee the case will be accepted, or that treatment will work?
No. Whether a case is accepted, and on what plan, is the medical facility's decision. The outcome of treatment is a clinical matter we make no promises about. Our role is limited to the travel arrangements.
How will I know what it costs?
Medical costs come to you directly from the facility and we play no part in them. For the travel arrangements, we prepare a detailed proposal once the appointment is confirmed, itemised line by line.
What if my appointment changes?
We check what the change means for each booking under that supplier's terms, and come back to you with the workable options before anything is altered.
